I've been using FLEX for a few years now - I do lots of weight lifting and sometimes my knee flares up but when I use flex it does reduce the inflammation.
I use the maintenance dosage now daily to prevent further issues.
Someone described it to me as 'like spraying WD40 on your joints' and I have to say I believe that to be true for me!

I suffer from inflammation of the joints, particularly in my ankles, knees and elbows.
When I recently experienced a bout of tennis elbow, I really thought I would be unable to play tennis for 6-8 weeks.
Using FL-3X twice a day I was back playing in 2 weeks.

I can't believe how fast this product worked. I've had a bad knee from a car accident several years ago.
The stiffness and sometimes pain around the knee was intense.
After 2 day I noticed a vast improvement, now I have no pain or stiffness.
I also noticed, not just my knee but other joints became easier and I didn't realise I had pain and stiffness in them too.
