This is a product I can't recommend enough, beginning to get aches in my hands and friends saying it is to do with your age.

I can't believe how fast this product worked. I've had a bad knee from a car accident several years ago.
The stiffness and sometimes pain around the knee was intense.
After 2 day I noticed a vast improvement, now I have no pain or stiffness.
I also noticed, not just my knee but other joints became easier and I didn't realise I had pain and stiffness in them too.
I'm coming to the end of my first pack, I will definitely be buying this one again. Plus it's tastes so good.
