I've been using FLEX for a few years now - I do lots of weight lifting and sometimes my knee flares up but when I use flex it does reduce the inflammation.
I use the maintenance dosage now daily to prevent further issues.

As someone who suffers with joint pain due to an auto-immune condition I cannot recommend this supplement enough.

What a difference this product has made!
No more interrupted sleep much more comfortable walking.
I can now run up stairs!
The only thing I would say is that I needed to take it with food.
