As a Weightlifting coach and trainer I decided to trial this BEETS formula on myself before recommending to clients - let me start by saying that I haven’t increased my weights for some time because I didn’t believe I could lift more.

I wanted to share that I've had my performance beets for the 1st time today, i've had a marathon migraine for 3 days where I couldn't work, go outside as the sky was too bright or have any noise in the home and it wasn't shifting.....well 1 hour after having this drink this morning it completely lifted and I was able to go out to the shops 🥰 i've spent all evening cooking, I feel so much better!
